The 55-day 2020 COVID19 lockdown was quite productive for my mother and myself.
30 minutes before boarding a flight to New York, I decided to go back home to lockdown in Paris.
We combined our efforts to publish “Healthy Indian Vegetarian : Paris Lockdown Cookbook Project”.
Yes, I’m very proud of that title. I’ve been wanting to incorporate the word “Project” for years now.
So mom and I selected 31 family favorite recipes, or “go-to’s”, for me to learn. As she puts it,
“it’s time he (Pushan) learnt how to cook Indian food”.
