How to Make Vegan Butter Chicken Sauce

This is an easy and healthy take on the famous Butter chicken sauce that won’t require a 2h walk to digest!

You must have tried it at a restaurant or at least heard of it.

This dish is usually made with heaps of cream and can be quite heavy. We decided to go full out vegan with this one and make a healthy , yet still creamy sauce, to which you can add any protein you’d like.

Recipe

ingredients
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
1" fresh ginger 
linguine for 2
400g tomato pulp
Coconut milk or fresh cream for garnish

whole spices
• 3 green cardamom cloves
• 1 small black cardamom clove
• 1/2 cinnamon stick
• 2 cloves

powdered spices
50g cashew nuts
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. dried fenugreek
1 tsp. dried Kashmiri chili powder
salt + pepper for seasoning

Enjoy with a fluffy naan!
